Triangle of Equilibrium

The Equilibrium is the foundation upon which rests the stability and success of Wilandt Brothers. From inception we have understood that proper balance between three main aspects: People, Technology and Business allows for achievement of the best results.

To illustrate the above we have created the Triangle of Equilibrium, through which we have identified those aspects, placing each on the separate vertex of the Triangle: the People who allow our organization to function, ever-developing Technology and Business which gives the framework for the development and sets targets.

The three vertices of the Triangle are pulling against each other creating a dynamic that propels the entire structure. Just as the connection between the People and Technology produce innovation, the link between Business and People allows us to build great Teams driven towards a common goal and the core of the amalgamation between the Business and Technology will enable us to increase our reach globally.

Only the proper and wise balancing of those aspects, based on the core Values allows us to accomplish our Mission on the dynamic and evolving market.
